I can help you: Reduce stress, anxiety and depression Build healthier relationships Improve your mood & energy level Find a better balance in your life Change self-defeating patterns Feel better about yourself Counseling Philosophy and goals: Take charge of your own life Build on your strengths and assets Manage stressful issues or concerns Live a self-directed, joyful, productive life

Education & Experience

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) I have been a Licensed Mental Health Professional since 1986. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker I hold the highest level of licensure available with The Minnesota Board of Social Work. That license might sound like a mouthful but you can rest assured you are in good hands with me as your therapist.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

When I am not helping my clients, you will probably find me pursuing my other passion = helping and volunteering for charities. I have put on over a dozen charity, fund raising events myself and have attended literally hundreds. I love helping with everything from serving food for the disadvantaged, gathering clothes for the teenage and women shelters, to modeling for the fashion show fund raisers and being the point person during the gala charity event auctions. Helping clients & volunteering for charity = My passion!
