About Me
Different stages of life can bring about change, hardship, and trauma. As a counselor, I am able to connect and come alongside you to support, challenge, and process through these stages, as they can often feel lonely and hopeless. I have experience counseling individuals of all ages struggling with grief and loss, family issues, anxiety, depression, self-injury, and life changes. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults as they walk through their own life change and trauma. Authentic connection is key to healing. I do this through person-centered strength-based counseling, focusing on building positive relationships with my clients. I'm passionate about having a holistic approach to overall health and wellness, using body based techniques that integrate the two hemispheres of the brain. I am happy to tailor therapy with a faith-based approach. Stanley, my therapy dog in training, can also be part of our sessions.
