About Me

My name is Tammy Benz-Yanken and I am passionate about helping people move forward in their lives to find purpose and meaning again after traumatic life events. I earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University beginning my career as a therapist in 1996. It takes a lot of courage to seek help. My goal is to provide you a safe place where you find healing, create change, and can begin moving forward in your life again. It is my privilege to walk alongside you in your journey of healing in a way that is compassionate, understanding, and transformative. I will serve as a guide to help you press forward to find healing by identifying issues, utilizing strengths, reversing negative scripts that are holding you back in your life or relationships.
