About Me

Helping people navigate through their journey with compassion, non-judgement and understanding is something Tasha believes is at the center of the therapeutic relationship. With over 10 years of experience working in the areas of mental health, domestic violence, sexual assault and high-conflict parent separations, she values the diversity of the individual experience. As a Registered Psychotherapist, she takes a holistic approach when guiding and working along side her clients. She uses evidence-based interventions such as, play-based therapy, expressive arts, cognitive behavioural therapy, energy psychology, and EMDR therapy. Tasha works with children, youth, individuals and families. She uses the latest research about mind-body connections, mindfulness interventions and attachment-based therapies to support individuals and families through symptom relief and personal growth. She feels blessed and honoured to help guide and be a part of her clients’ journey.
