About Me
I am a practicing consultant psychologist. I have been practicing for more than 10 years. The field of professional activity: individual counseling. Areas of counseling: Individual and family therapy. Psychological counseling for adults and adolescents from the age of 14. I have a psychological education that allows me to work in different methods: narrative method, client-centered approach, transactional analysis, CBT. I work more with the EMDR method. In Russian language, DPDG (desensitization by eye movement). This method allows you to quickly and effectively process a person's traumatic experience. It allows us to explore the causes of today's problems, which usually are in our past. I continue to learn and develop. I am studying new methods and approaches in therapy.
