About Me
My work as a psychotherapist is client-centered, compassionate and integrative. I draw from evidence based practices such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness based practices that build on each individual's inherent capacity for healing and wholeness. I have experience working with adults, teens, couples and families seeking support in dealing with relationship issues, complex childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
Education & Experience
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in integral psychology, from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have training in trauma informed therapy to help people heal from and resolve current and past trauma and I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
