About Me
I strive to meet my clients where they are in life and assist them in accomplishing their own goals. I enjoy exploring their inner strength and beauty and guiding them in what their next steps are to be their best self. I emphasize on self-validation and compassion in the healing process. I work with individuals with a variety of trauma history. I welcome all ethnicities, cultures and beliefs. I specialize in adolescent and adult DBT treatment, and am a Certified Linehan Board DBT clinician. I'm also a Certified EMDR therapist. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ population, and see individuals at different points in their transition. I offer services to address a variety of mood disorders and trauma related issues. I offer flexible hours.
Education & Experience
I graduated from my Master's program and immediately left to travel the world for 7 months. I have training in the chemical dependency world, and was drawn to help adolescents and their families, and adults address their mental health needs.
