About Me
As a Black female therapist, I value affirming and celebrating all identities in and out of the therapeutic environment. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address client's presenting problems. My specialties include providing trauma-focused and mindfulness-based care to address childhood trauma and/or recent traumatic events.
Education & Experience
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University and a master's degree in counseling from the University of North Texas. Professionally, my history of experience consists of working in the community providing intensive in-home crisis treatment, school-based mental health services, and trauma-informed therapy.
