About Me
In my 32 years of mental health experience, I have worked with children and adults, individuals, couples and families to help them find purpose and meaning for their lives. Seeking help for your personal struggles can be very scary. I understand this process may be new and challenging for you, but I believe you are taking the first step to feeling whole again. Stress and conflict create feelings of separation and distance. I believe mental and emotional health involves the integration of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. I believe change is possible, and you can feel a lower level of anxiety and stress. I believe families can learn to get along, and learn healthy ways to feel close. I answer my own calls and typically return calls within 12 hours. I currently have availability for providing supervision to PLPCs. I have many years of experience with children and adolescents and specialize in anxiety and trauma-based disorders. I am trained in play therapy, EMDR, CBT and Family Systems. Reasonable rates.
