About Me

Tobi Harris is a mindful and positive psychotherapist. She is dedicated to supporting clients to navigate their own journey and she offers the skills when necessary to help. She works with clients that present with issues and diagnosis such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Addiction Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Insomnia – Sleep Disturbances, Relationship Issues, Eating Disorders, Emotional Dysregulation and Sexuality and Identity. She works with unconscious processes and aims to not only alleviate the most obvious symptoms but to help people lead healthier lives. Tobi is involved and supports the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community. She uses several evidence -based modalities to work with her clients’ including DBT, RO-DBT, EMDR, CBT, ACT, MBCT and SCHEMA Therapy . Tobi worked at the Northern Beaches Hospital and The Sydney Clinic. She is now in private practice. She is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
