About Me

Tova McCall, LCSW, PMH-C is a certified perinatal mental health clinician and a trauma-informed clinician. Tova works with emerging adults, adults and couples, experiencing various presenting problems, such as perinatal anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, c-PTSD and relationship issues. Tova utilizes EMDR and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to combat trauma, and utilizes the Gottman Method for couples therapy. Tova is licensed in both New York and New Jersey and can work with clients situated in both those states. All sessions are conducted via Telehealth at this time.

Education & Experience

Tova McCall completed her Masters in Social Work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York City.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Tova is a certified perinatal therapist and has earned her certification from the Postpartum Support International and is in the process of completing her certification in EMDR with the Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute.
