About Me

In private practice for 40 years. My team of psychotherapists, nutrition therapists, recovery coaches, and movement specialists use a multi-faceted approach to aid clients in recovery from disordered eating, trauma, self-harming behaviors, and addictions. Our team offers customizable intensive outpatient programs based on level of readiness and need. Components include individual, group, family, couples, and nutritional therapies as well as mindful movement, yoga, and meditation. Our comprehensive outpatient programs work to identify, address, and improve the underlying issues (i.e. poor self-esteem, family dynamics, lack of control, fears, anxiety, negative self-talk, poor body image…) in order to replace maladaptive coping mechanisms (i.e. disordered eating, self-harming, and addictions) with healthy tools to effectively manage life challenges.
