About Me
I specialize in helping women heal from the impact of trauma and emotionally unsafe or invalidating relationships using EMDR therapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, chronic self-doubt, people-pleasing patterns, and difficulty trusting themselves or others. My approach integrates EMDR with somatic and relational work to support nervous system regulation, reprocessing of stuck experiences, and lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in safety.
