Asking for help is not easy, but please know that your mental health matters. YOU matter! My name is Yulian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Parenting Educator in CA, VA, and FL. I have over a decade of experience in working with women experiencing stress due to challenges with their relationships, self image and life balance. Some of the areas that I specialize in are parenting, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I provide culturally sensitive therapy and am able to provide therapy in Spanish. I am confident that together we can create a plan to make small changes that will improve your outlook on life.
