This online course trains clinicians to design and deliver IFS-informed EMDR intensives by integrating the eight phases of EMDR therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS)–based strategies. Participants will learn how to assess client readiness using structured tools (including the IFS Scale and parts mapping), strengthen Self-energy during preparation, work effectively with protective parts, and implement structured reevaluation following intensive work. The seminar also addresses common therapist roadblocks and includes practical considerations for ethically positioning, and offering intensive services. Participants will receive a client workbook, therapist checklist, and sample policy template.
