Our clients of color are faced with instances of micro aggressions on a daily basis because of their work achievements or financial achievements. Many of them know on a larger level that they are good enough and deserving but they often feel like that they don’t belong in their work and life settings. This training targets previous instances and focuses on how to manage ongoing microaggressions.
