Marisol Erlacher, LPC
Marisol Solarte-Erlacher, LPC, is a licensed psychotherapist and consultant practicing in Denver, CO. Before establishing her private practice, she worked in the non-profit sector for more than ten years, most recently as the Program Director at Sisters of Color United for Education and as a bilingual/bicultural therapist at the Rape Assistance and Awareness Program. Solarte-Erlacher is deeply committed to the development and delivery of efficacious therapeutic services to Latinx survivors of sexual assault and interpersonal violence. She has presented to the National Latino/Psychological Association Inaugural Conference, Midwest Association of Latino Psychologists, and National Sexual Assault Conference. She has extensively researched ethnic and ego identity among Latino/adolescents. She was a member of the Colorado State Sexual Assault Prevention Team. She also provided consultation for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and has developed an integrated violence prevention curriculum for Denver Public Schools. She has also worked as a clinical supervisor and instructor at the University of Colorado at Denver.
