About Me

I’ve been in the mental health field over 30 years and take a holistic approach in to healing that considers your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs as well as environmental influences, life experiences, strengths and values. I work well with clients who want to heal and transmute their trauma into more wholeness and connection with their authentic Self. Often times, the crises we experience in life, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, or a significantly disorienting life experience, while painful and frightening, can also be the impetus to shedding what no longer serves us, and returning to who we truly are I specialize in trauma work with adults and children. I'm EMDR certified and trained in (low dose) Ketamine Assisted EMDR, and also incorporate other clinically proven methods, including parts of Self work, mindfulness, and utilize a trauma informed lens in my healing work. I'm also trained in IADC, which rapidly reduces pain associated with grief/loss. I'm happy to set up a free 20 minute consult via phone or video so we can meet and determine if you feel we will be a "good fit" before committing to working together. Please see my website for more information about my services.
