Dr. Lisa Casados, Psy.D., LPC, LMHC
About Me
I help people heal from trauma so they can finally feel like themselves again — safe, seen, and whole. Born and raised on O‘ahu, I’m an Asian-Latina millennial therapist who understands how culture, identity, and lived experience shape our mental health. My own healing journey gives me deep empathy for the invisible wounds we carry — especially those passed down through generations. Whether you’re navigating complex family dynamics, depression, anxiety, or intergenerational trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you. Healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.
Education & Experience
I have my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and licensed in Hawaii and Texas as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have 10 years of experience primarily working with children and adults in various settings including private practice, schools (both public and private), non profit organizations, and state agencies.
