About Me

You may be feeling weighed down by past trauma or facing a life transition that has stirred up old wounds. I specialize in trauma treatment with EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, creating a plan that’s realistic for the number of sessions you’re able to commit to. My approach is collaborative, paced with care, and always tailored to your unique experiences and strengths. You deserve a safe, supportive space where your voice matters. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I invite you to reach out and see if this feels like the support you’re looking for.

Education & Experience

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in Clinical Global Practice from Boston College. With nearly twenty years of experience, my career began internationally, supporting social workers in Vietnam in addressing trauma caused by child trafficking. I went on to work at the VA and the Center for Survivors of Torture, experiences that strengthened my expertise in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Alongside this professional path, my own lived experience with ADHD has given me a deep respect for the many ways brains work differently, and I bring that understanding into every session.
