About Me
I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) dedicated to fostering a safe, compassionate space where healing is both holistic and deeply personalized. My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I work collaboratively to understand and respect each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Integrating therapeutic techniques, while combining IFS parts work with energy-focused practices, I support clients in connecting with their mind, body and higher self to promote lasting well-being. Through mindfulness, grounding exercises, and other evidence-based practices, I work with my clients to release emotional blockages, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate resilience. This holistic approach is tailored to empower client to navigate life's challenges with increased clarity, alignment, and confidence. I specialize in working with clients navigating significant life transitions, such as careeer changes, relationship shifts, or personal growth challenges. I have over 15 years of experience working with people with a trauma history, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, depression and other symptoms getting in the way of daily life.
Education & Experience
I completed my graduate studies at the University of Southern California School of Social work with a focus on mental health in children and families. I have over 15 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist helping clients work through past trauma that interfere with enjoyment of daily life. My trainings include Anger Management Certification, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR Certification, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and CYP 500 Clinical Yoga trauma-sensitive practitioner.
