About Me
I believe that healing happens in safe, connected relationships. My work is rooted in a trauma-focused, relational, and attachment-centered approach, recognizing that early relationships shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world. I help clients explore the impact of past experiences while fostering self-compassion, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of security within themselves and their relationships. Using evidence-based trauma modalities, I support clients in understanding how their nervous system responds to stress, working through patterns of shame, and developing new ways of relating to themselves and others. My goal is to provide a safe, attuned space where healing can unfold at a pace that feels right for them—helping clients move from survival toward deeper connection, empowerment, and self-trust.
