About Me

Those I work with tend to seek therapy with a bit of a different cadence. Maybe you feel like you’ve revisited the same issue without much felt progress or movement, maybe feeling stuck. This is not a failure. It could mean that healing may need to be accessed in a new way, sometimes with a different approach, or maybe at a deeper level.

I believe healing honors your story, not erases it. The experiences & stories that have made you, you - are valuable. I use relational EMDR to help clients move through negative belief systems, patterns, life events & intrusive symptoms.

I'm Certified in EMDR through the EMDR International Association. I welcome folks struggling with complex trauma, PTSD, neurodiversity, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, & socio-political concerns affecting mental health. My work with folks is experiential and strength-based, rooted in a belief that we all have the inherent ability to heal.

I'm a human who has also done my fair share of work moving through trauma, grief, and stuck points. I'm told my approach is unorthodox, warm, and soulful.
