About Me
About Me I specialize in relationships, trauma, PTSD, addictions and related issues. I help people work through childhood trauma and adult trauma to create positive change. I use evidence-based and effective therapy modalities like EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, family systems and attachment therapy. I believe in creating a supportive, safe environment where we can work together to find a solution.
Education & Experience
My graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy is from Northern Arizona University. I did my clinical training at the Meadows Behavioral Health, a leading trauma and addiction facility in Wickenburg, Arizona. I am trained under the senior fellowship of Claudia Black, Pia Mellody, Patrick Carnes, Bessel Van Der Kolk and Peter Levine.
