About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, relational wounding, and nervous system dysregulation. I offer EMDR therapy for adults navigating the lasting impacts of complex trauma, attachment disruptions, and life transitions. My approach is relational, somatic, and attuned to the pace of the nervous system.
Education & Experience
I completed EMDR Basic Training through Personal Transformation Institute in 2023 and have pursued advanced training in Attachment-Focused EMDR, EMDR and Parts Work, and EMDR with somatic integration. I’m currently waiting on official certification from EMDRIA.
