About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (WA/OR) and the owner of Real Roots Counseling, PLLC. I specialize in the treatment of OCD, OCPD, and trauma, integrating EMDR, parts work, and CBT to support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. My clinical approach is both compassionate and structured, helping individuals gain insight into the patterns that keep them stuck while building new ways of relating to themselves and others. I am particularly passionate about supporting high-achieving professionals who struggle with perfectionism, rigidity, and burnout, as well as individuals navigating complex trauma.
