Education & Experience

With a strong foundation in both education and therapeutic practices, I hold a Master's degree in Art Therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, IN, and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. I am a Registered Art Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My clinical training includes Art Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Basic), the Comprehensive Resource Model, and advanced LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) and Ketamine assisted Psychotherapy protocols. I am also trained in trauma-informed modalities, including the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method, and am an iRest® Yoga Nidra Level 1 Practitioner. Additionally, I am a Black Swan Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), with a 300-hour certification in progress
