About Me

I have 27 years of counseling experience. I have worked in many varied settings including in private practice, schools, and community mental health clinics in the United States, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. I specialize in grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, anxiety and depression. Anam Therapy Counseling was founded with the goal of assisting all of our clients to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
