As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I strive to provide a compassionate and healing space to get to know each of my clients and their individual situations. I use my professional skills and experience to help me understand how I can support you to attain your personal goals. My practice is primarily focused on the treatment of unresolved trauma as I have seen how it contributes to current mental health struggles like anxiety and depression.
