About Me

Often times, we carry the impact of past events into how we navigate the present day, it may show up as conflict in relationships, addiction, low self-esteem, excessive worry, depression, or avoidance of uncomfortable situations/feelings. Discovering how to understand and adapt to these challenges can be helpful in creating sustainable skills and insights for the future. Through our work, we’ll create a safe(r) environment where you feel empowered to discuss, process and problem solve concerns that act as barriers to you living the life you'd like to. Our approach to therapy will cater to your preferences, circumstances, and needs, while ensuring it is trauma-informed and evidence-based. You can expect a caring environment, where we use Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help you live a more enriching and rewarding life. If you'd like to explore the possibility of working together, please call or e-mail with the information above. Sessions take place virtually over a secure platform.
