About Me
While life’s experiences can cause us to become critical of ourselves, I firmly believe that everyone is worthy, important, and capable of healing. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and discover your inner strengths. Recognizing that everyone is the expert in their own life, I will guide you through self-exploration in a safe and accepting environment—all while building skills to enhance your overall well-being.
Education & Experience
I received my Master of Social Work degree in 2012, and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2014. Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor for Clinical Social Workers and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Approved Consultant. Through my vast experience I have found my passion lies in providing therapy to those dealing with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I actively participate in the EMDRIA certification process, Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist certification process, and extensive Psychodrama training, ensuring that I continue expanding my expertise to support those I work with effectively.
