About Me

Our experiences are all unique and it is our own individual perceptions of those experiences that determines how they are stored, both cognitively and physically. This means, a traumatic experience isn't necessarily the event itself, but rather, how we perceive the event. I believe it is important to meet each individual where they are at and my role is to be with you as we move through what you need to together. Along with EMDR, I utilize various approaches depending on each of my clients needs, including: psychodynamic, somatic , biopsychosocial, polyvagal - informed, and attachment-based orientations. Each of us are stronger then we realize and sometimes we just need help to not only see this, but to feel this.
