About Me

Are you finding life overwhelming? I will support you to process, heal and build resilience. You will develop helpful tools for regulation, as sessions include mind & body work through EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, the nervous system, attachment, somatics and breathwork. Stress, anxiety & emotional dysregulation can show up as all sorts of tangible signs - fatigue, digestive problems, relationship issues, muscle tension, low self-esteem, pain, headaches, etc. - often related to or intensified by trauma. This is a compassionate space where I support you to find balance through the joys & challenges of life. Are you finding life overwhelming? I will support you to process, heal and build resilience. My practice seeks to be trauma-informed; socially just; accessible; culturally responsive; racially, sexuality, and disability allied; compassionate; and rooted in anti-oppression and pro-liberation. I am open to accountability in these efforts. We process collaboratively together as you move toward a deeper sense of healing, health, and connection. I look forward to supporting your journey to prioritize your own wellbeing. We can have a FREE 15 Minute Virtual Conversation to see if my work resonates with you and your needs. Contact me to book. I commend you for taking this brave step in caring for yourself! Everyone needs support - including you!

Education & Experience

With over a decade of experience in humanitarian relief and front line NGO work previous to becoming a psychotherapist, I have seen the many ways that trauma can impact individuals, families and communities. I understand that our mental health is intrivately tied to our whole body system, what we have been through, and our environment and relationships. My training and use of EMDR is inspiring to me, as I witness those I work with heal and transform through this modality - which taps so profoundly directly to the core and ability of their body to heal and recover. I also am a certified freediving instructor, and so I bring a lot of education, knowledge, and practice of working with nervous system regulation to my practice.
