About Me
I help clients heal from trauma and adverse experiences using EMDR therapy in combination with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational attunement. My work supports people in gently reprocessing painful memories while strengthening their capacity for safety and self-connection. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel “stuck” in old patterns despite insight. Together, we work to integrate mind, body, and emotion so they can move from survival to vitality and purpose. I approach trauma work with care, respect, and collaboration, ensuring each client feels grounded and empowered throughout the process. EMDR can be deeply effective, but only when the nervous system is ready — so I integrate stabilization and resourcing every step of the way.
