About Me

Do you feel like you have it all together on the surface, yet inside, you’re carrying the weight of anxiety or the echoes of past trauma? You’re high-functioning and capable, but you often feel isolated in your struggles. I get it—life can feel too heavy sometimes. In both my life and my work, authenticity is everything. I won’t hesitate to challenge you when needed, but I’ll also be right there beside you, sharing a laugh in solidarity. We will work to unravel the knot of negative core beliefs, past traumas and fears that are keeping you stuck helping you build self-confidence and become empowered by your own story. I emphasize holistic psychotherapy, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit in achieving balance. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, self-esteem, lack of purpose, and relational challenges. I use modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative and Psychodynamic approaches to support my clients. You don’t have to navigate anxiety, trauma, or life’s challenges alone.
