About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and deepen your knowledge of yourself. I approach the therapeutic process with openness, reverence, curiosity, and a desire to understand your unique experience. I am committed to inclusive, effective, and anti-oppressive practice. I strive to create an affirming and empowering space, where all aspects of your identity and all parts of you are respected and met with care. My relational and trauma-informed approach stems from my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as EMDR and IFS.

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York City. I hold a degree in social work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I have received post-graduate training in relational psychodynamic therapy through the National Institute for the Psychotherapies, and in EMDR through both EMDRIA and the Parnell Institute. I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients with a wide array of concerns, histories, and identities. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked in various settings as a clinical social worker, including school-based health, community mental health, and psychiatric/intensive outpatient. I’m grateful for the invaluable learning and training each of these experiences offered, all of which continue to inform my practice.
