About Me
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique story. I strive to meet my clients exactly where they are—without judgment—and walk alongside them as they navigate change, growth, and healing. I work with adults and couples, tailoring each session to meet your specific needs, goals, and strengths. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy—to create a personalized, flexible approach that works best for you. My areas of focus include: Life transitions (career changes, breakups, identity shifts, terminal illness diagnosis, fertility challenges, pregnancy, perinatal and postpartum experiences, parenthood, etc.), grief and loss, anxiety and depression, family and relational dynamics, couples therapy and communication challenges I am licensed to provide therapy in New York and Massachusetts, and offer virtual sessions only to ensure flexibility, comfort, and accessibility. If you're ready to take that first step—or even if you're just curious—I’d be honored to connect with you.
