About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, issues related to substance use, relationship difficulties, and trauma, including religious/spiritual trauma and intergenerational trauma. I also help individuals cope effectively with chronic medical illnesses, insomnia, and pain. I practice from an integrative, attachment-oriented, relational approach. My style in therapy is interactive, collaborative, and compassionate. I offer a variety of treatment modalities including, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness/Meditation approaches, to name a few! And aim to combine a range of approaches, tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. I believe we all have the inner wisdom to heal and all possess the power to create effective, lasting change in our lives. Sometimes we just need the right support along the way. Please reach out to connect and set up an initial 15 minute phone consult. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey!
