Online Therapy

About Me

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering online therapy across California. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and as an immigrant myself, I understand how complex it can be to navigate identity, culture, and family expectations. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, IFS-informed work, somatic practices, CBT, and attachment-based and psychodynamic models. I offer a warm, grounded space where we can bring humor, honesty, and emotional depth to the work. I’m also a parent and partner, and those roles shape the real-world empathy and perspective I bring into therapy.

Education & Experience

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I’ve received training in evidence-based trauma modalities including EMDR, somatic therapy, and IFS-informed care. My experience includes working with professionals, parents, and first- and second-generation immigrants, many of whom are high-functioning yet overwhelmed. My style is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that growth is always possible.
