About Me
I provide therapy to individuals 18 years and older. I aim to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support, collaboratively creating a plan to meet your individual needs. My work integrates a number of therapeutic modalities, including ACT, mindfulness, ego state-therapy, CBT, person-centred, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
Education & Experience
I completed my masters in counselling psychology with Yorkville University, and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, and a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
