About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree and nearly a decade of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am an EMDR-trained therapist and clinical supervisor, registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and EMDR Canada, and I hold an affiliate membership with EMDRIA. I offer individual and group therapy for adults 19 and older, with a special focus on supporting first responders and their families. My approach is rooted in preventative mental health care, helping clients develop emotional resilience, self-compassion, and long-term coping strategies to support their overall well-being. I have been supporting and treating individuals diagnosed with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder since the start of my career.
