About Me
It is a privilege and an honor to be a part of my client's healing and growth process. I enjoy my work with clients immensely. My full-time private practice has been active since 2013. I believe in fostering an ability in my clients to meet life's challenges directly with courage, honesty and creativity. Applying practical tools to the situations in your life is a key to change. We can work to explore together strategies in therapy to make your life better at a deep, transformational level. Contact me and I'll listen and work to understand your situation and help you generate a plan. In my spare time I practice regular hot yoga and daily Christian silent prayer, walk my dog, eat at my favorite restaurants, have adventures and dates with my husband of 29 years, spend time with my friends, extended family, and two grown children.
