About Me

Welcome! I’m a therapist passionate about supporting adults who are ready to heal from overwhelming life experiences that continue to impact their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a compassionate space for growth and transformation. Difficult past experiences can leave you feeling stuck in cycles of fear, self-doubt, or emotional pain—making it hard to trust, feel confident, or stay present. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences have shaped your thoughts and feelings, and work toward releasing the burdens they’ve placed on you. Through EMDR and IFS, I’ll help you connect with the parts of yourself that feel overwhelmed, hurt, or hidden, while nurturing your strengths and resilience. This journey allows you to rediscover balance, inner peace, and a deeper connection with your true self.
