About Me

Maybe you’re the strong one, the funny one, the one who keeps it together for everyone else. But inside, you feel overwhelmed, stuck in thought patterns that won’t quiet down—perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, shame. You want to be present in your life, not just pass through it. You want to feel connected—to your kids, your partner, your friends—and most of all, to yourself. I specialize in helping women heal from OCD, racialized people-pleasing, attachment trauma, and complex PTSD using EMDR therapy, Ego States Parts Work, and Mindfulness. My approach is gentle, grounded, and judgment-free. All parts of you are welcome here—the parts that are tired, the parts that want more, the parts that are ready to speak. This is a space to feel seen and supported. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you on this path. If you’re curious or ready to begin, reach out for a consultation or visit my website. Healing starts with connection.
