About Me

I'm Lorrie, LICSW and EMDR-trained therapist. I utilize an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and relational lens to support you in getting unstuck in life. I understand that the path to finding your true self can be complex and sometimes daunting. But rest assured, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy is not just about addressing issues; it's about celebrating who you are and who you’re becoming. So bring every part of you into the room. I’m here to listen, understand, and help you thrive. I use a mix EMDR, CBT, ACT & Ego states therapy to support each person to get deeper insights into themselves and learn that they are so much more than what they've been through.
