About Me
You’re the one they count on. The strong one. The funny one. The one who holds it all together. But inside? You're tired—of overthinking, of shrinking yourself, of replaying the same patterns that leave you anxious, disconnected, and unseen. You might find yourself constantly scanning for danger in relationships, stuck in spirals of perfectionism or shame, or feeling like no matter how much you give, it's never enough. These aren’t just personality quirks. They're survival strategies—ones you didn’t choose, but learned to rely on. EMDR therapy can help you finally exhale. I specialize in helping BIPOC women and adult children of immigrants heal from: – Complex PTSD and attachment wounds – Racialized people-pleasing and high-functioning anxiety – OCD and intrusive thoughts – Childhood trauma masked by achievement, caretaking, or "resilience" Through EMDR, Ego State Therapy (parts work), and mindfulness-based approaches, we gently get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck—without re-traumatizing or rushing your process. All parts of you are welcome here: the exhausted parts, the skeptical parts, the parts that want more. Healing doesn’t require you to be perfect—just present.
