About Me
As a licensed clinical counselor and art therapist, I specialize in the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), along with a range of other mental health disorders. My advanced training in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) equips me to provide comprehensive care. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cleveland State University and a master’s degree in art therapy from Ursuline College. As a member of the Buckeye Art Therapy Association (BATA), the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), and EMDRIA, I remain committed to professional development. With experience as an adjunct professor and in various inpatient and outpatient settings, I support adults navigating issues related to trauma, gender, depression, anxiety, grief, and chronic illness. For further details on my services and specialties, I invite you to explore the website.
