About Me
Central to the success of any Psychotherapy is a safe, supportive Therapeutic Relationship. I prioritize creating a safe, caring relational dynamic with my clients so that we can build trust and identify areas of strength and growth. I specialize in Trauma Processing, Mood Disorders (such as anxiety and depression), Eating Disorders, Gender Identity, and Sexuality. I have extensive training in Trauma Therapy and am skilled in supporting clients as they cope with trauma and manage its impact on life, relationships, and daily functioning. I am a Queer Certified EMDR Practitioner whose Practice centers supporting LBTQIA+ and Gender Nonbinary/Gender Noncomforming adolescents and adults through transitions and mental health distress. I utilize EMDR to support recovery from Trauma but also to address embodied distress and deeply held negative beliefs.
