About Me
I am a licensed professional counselor and am a EMDRIA Approved Consultant/Certified Therapist.. I enjoy working with multiple adult populations and issues and have extensive experience with the transgender population and first responders. I enjoy working with many types of trauma; including cultural, developmental, and attachment trauma. I am independently licensed in Arizona, Iowa, and Nebraska. I am an EMDR trainer with EMDR Consulting and teach in-person in Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado Springs; and teach virtually as well.
Education & Experience
I have a Masters in Community Counseling and multiple advanced EMDR trainings. I have also studied multiple subcortical approaches over the years including hypnosis, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I integrate all of these modalities with EMDR.
