About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA LCSW 59913) with extensive training in trauma treatment, nervous system regulation, and neuropsychotherapy. My work centers on helping clients and clinicians make sense of the stories held in the nervous system and supporting them in reshaping those patterns with compassion and evidence-based care I specialize in EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives, offering a structured and accelerated healing model for those who want meaningful transformation without the limitations of weekly sessions. My clinical foundation integrates attachment science, somatic awareness, polyvagal theory, play therapy principles, and neuroscience. For over 15 years, I’ve supported children, teens, and adults through trauma recovery, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounding, and the impacts of chronic stress. I offer telehealth only throughout California.
