About Me

I’m an EMDR-certified therapist specializing in helping adults heal from trauma—whether rooted in childhood or adulthood. EMDR is my primary therapeutic approach, and I work with individuals who are ready to begin (or restart) their healing journey, particularly those who are new to EMDR or who haven’t found lasting relief through other therapy modalities. I was drawn to EMDR because of its power to create deep, lasting change. I’ve personally experienced EMDR’s healing impact, and I’ve witnessed it transform the lives of hundreds of clients. It is a well-researched, evidence-based modality that goes beyond talk therapy to help people access and process unresolved experiences that are often at the root of anxiety, stuck patterns, or self-doubt. Healing is absolutely possible—even if it hasn’t felt that way in the past. I hold hope for my clients, especially when they feel unsure or discouraged. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they reconnect with themselves and move toward a more grounded, empowered life. I frequently support clients in caregiving roles, both personally and professionally, and have specialized experience working with medical professionals as well as women navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period. I also work with leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs to help identify and clear blocks that may be holding them back in their careers and personal lives. In addition to standard weekly sessions, I offer intensive therapy (2–3 hours) on a case-by-case basis. Virtual Therapy for Maine and Massachusetts Residents Maine & Massachusetts clients: I am private pay only and provide superbills for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. My hourly rate is $225
