About Me
I’m a trauma-informed therapist, high-achieving creative, and lifelong learner. I help other high-achieving, perfectionistic, and self-aware women find worthiness, confidence, and self-trust while embracing their perfectionistic superpower. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your true self, tap into your inner strength, and move toward a more authentic and empowered life. While I’m trained in and utilize a variety of modalities—including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, somatic work, mindfulness, and self-compassion—any tool I bring in is always in service of the connection we’re building and only used when it feels attuned to your needs. At its core, my work is relational, person-centered, humanistic, and psychodynamic. My role is to hold space for your healing, to honor the impact of your past, and to support you in reconnecting with your most authentic Self. I’m grateful to walk alongside you as that Self begins to come forward. I offer a complimentary 15-minute intro call to explore your needs and goals, helping us determine if we're a good fit for your journey. I look forward to hearing from you!
